2. Receipt

A computer generated ticket of registration will be emailed as soon as a person is registered. However, the Official Receipt (Computer-generated) will only be produced after the payment is verified through the UNIMAS Business School. 

3. Attendance 

Two days prior to the webinar, all the registered participants will receive an email from the committee, containing details and webinar link for the event. On the day of the webinar, the participants need to record their attendance through the registration QR code/ link.

4. Replacement

If I am not able to attend the seminar; can somebody else attend in my place or can I get refund?

The cancellation of attendance, or change of attending personnel is subjected to approval from the organizing committee. The participant shall inform the organizing committee through the email/ WhatsApp for any changes before 16th February 2022.

5. Refund

I have registered for the seminar but by mistake I have made the payment twice. How can I apply for refund?

The participant can inform the organizing committee through email/ WhatsApp for any payments related issues before 24th February 2022. Any payment related issues after the date will not be entertained.

6. Will I be given CPD points for participating in this seminar?

Yes;

1-Medical practitioners (cover both public & private, MO & Specialist)
Main event Webinar = 16 points
Poster participation = 5 points

Workshop = 4 points

2-Environmental Health Officer & AEHO
Main event Webinar = 10 points
Workshop = 4 points

3. Assistant Medical Officer
Main event Webinar = 15 points
Workshop = 4 points

4. Pharmacist & Assistant Pharmacist

5. Registered Nurse (JK & JM)

* Those who paid but did not attend the Webinar/ Workshop, OR did not log their attendance (through the QR code/ link) are ineligible for CPD Points allotment. However, they are entitled for all materials for the seminar/e-Poster viewing. This decision was made unanimously by the Organizing Committee. 

7. Suggestions

Any suggestions/ comments are most welcomed, and can be submitted through the email phsunimas@gmail.com. Similarly any issues can be raised through the email.
